Unemployment in Peru would reach 14%to 16%- President Correa

A Dow Jones Newswire posted on Wall Street Journal reports President Rafael Correa's interview with a state TV station about the unemployment in the country.

The President said that with public investments, the unemployment rate could reach up to 14% to 16% of the country's economically active population estimated around 5 million. About $5 billion of the investments last year was from the public sector's contribution.
