Fishy Financial Relations

MarketWatch article said the Amazon Watch, an environmental group, called Chevron and writer Pat Murphy to divulge their financial relationship in light of disclosure in which Muphy's site accepts fees for control of articles regarding the the Nigerian lawsuit that are riddled with inaccuracies and obfuscations prepared by Chevron's public relations dept.

Murphy's website, the San Francisco Sentinel is ranked 171,939 compared to San Fransisco Chronicle with only 851,000 and his blog on Ecuador case are google bombed to the top of search engines way above the the negative articles about Chevron

Two Americans attacked in Esmeraldas

What was supposed to be a dream trip to Ecuador turned out to be a nasty experience.

Two American tourists, a couple, were brutally attacked by Ecuadorian locals in the northern border of Ecuador in Esmeraldas. According to a report, the man was stabbed by at least 24 times while the woman was attacked and raped. More details about this brutal news right here at CNN.com

However, WHY are the tropics more biodiverse than the other regions in the planets is a question that continues to baffle biologists up to this very day. Ecuadorians Approves New Constitution

Supreme Electoral Tribunal states that Ecuador's new constitution was approved by 64% of yes votes last Sept. 28.

The results reflects the high expectations of Ecuadorians for change that have been ratified with the last four elections.

The new constitution is a combined series of progressive traits to overcome the country's current issues of inequalities, discrimination and injustices.

Chevron Accused and Sued by Ecuador

Owning a large company also means gaining a lot of responsibilities related to it as well. Usually, government-managed business or services acquires a bad reputation due to allegations of corruptions and mismanagement, and the solution to these issues are privatization. Companies who privatize these once public domains will then be responsible for any conflicts the company has involved with in the past.
