Ecuador may exclude Brazilian energy company

While mulling over whether to go it alone or with international partners, Ecuadorean energy officials said Brazil's Petrobras could be excluded from any partnership in a new oil field as Quito wants to work with fully state-owned companies on the heavy crude project.
