Supreme Electoral Tribunal states that Ecuador's new constitution was approved by 64% of yes votes last Sept. 28.
The results reflects the high expectations of Ecuadorians for change that have been ratified with the last four elections.
The new constitution is a combined series of progressive traits to overcome the country's current issues of inequalities, discrimination and injustices.
