Owning a large company also means gaining a lot of responsibilities related to it as well. Usually, government-managed business or services acquires a bad reputation due to allegations of corruptions and mismanagement, and the solution to these issues are privatization. Companies who privatize these once public domains will then be responsible for any conflicts the company has involved with in the past.
