Ecuador's political and economic instability hurts financial sector

Ecuador's political and economic instability has already hit the financial sector, with profits making a substantial drop so far this year.

Ecuador's twenty-five largest banks have posted a combined net profit of $72.3 million, down by 37 percent from $115.55 million a year earlier. More details here at WSJ.com
